What I Do

My services

At the heart of everything I do, I am first and foremost a Virtual Executive Assistant—the kind who sees the big picture, handles the details, and genuinely cares about making work lighter for the people I support.

This page highlights two niches I especially love working on: WordPress Website Buildouts and Proofreading and Editing. They’re featured here not because they’re all I do, but because they’re skills I’ve honed over time and consistently bring into my broader role as a VA.

Whether I’m building a website, refining written content, or managing behind-the-scenes operations, my approach stays the same: thoughtful, reliable, and rooted in clarity. These projects are simply a closer look at how those strengths show up in very tangible ways.

I share with you here examples of my work. Each one a reflection of the well-rounded support I offer, with a little extra heart where my strengths naturally shine.

WORDPRESS BUILDOUTS

I build WordPress websites for people who want something that feels like them—not intimidating, and definitely not overcomplicated.

My website buildouts are practical and thoughtful, with a strong focus on:

  • clear structure and flow

  • ease of use (for you and your visitors)

  • content that sounds human, not robotic

Whether it’s a full website or a thoughtful refresh, I approach each build with the question: Will this make life easier for the person using it?

PROOFREADING/EDITING

I have a deep respect for words—and for the people brave enough to put theirs out into the world.

My proofreading and editing work is for authors, business owners, and organizations who want their message to come through clearly, without losing their voice. I help with:

  • smoothing out flow and awkward phrasing

  • catching grammar, spelling, and consistency issues

  • gently strengthening what’s already there

I don’t edit to change how you sound. I edit so you sound more like you, just clearer.
